Documentary Styles

INTORDUCTION: What is a documentary? / how would you define ‘documentary’? A documentary film is a non-fictional motion-picture intended to "document reality, primarily for the purposes of instruction, education, or maintaining a historical record". Evaluation Hand overtask For are hand overtask we have made a short film about a USB stick being passed on until meg gets it put in to her pocket we have used a DSLR film camera to shoot the film, there are different shoots that we have used the short film like close ups, fade-in, eyeline match and many more. We have done these shoots because we wanted to give the film more detail and we want the viewer to feel like there in the actor’s shoes. We have chosen to make this film because we wanted to make a build up to a funny ending, also to make the viewers laugh. We did find it hard with the lighting when making this short film as we had used different places to film. In one of the shoots of where meg is putting the USB stick into the computer, we had chosen to flip the shoot, but the keyboard had flip with the shoot which made all the letters turn backwards. If we were to do this next time, I think that we should shoot from the other side of the key broad. I really like the fin...
